Shipping policy

Free shipping, always. Every H₂Oe⁻™ order ships free within the continental United States. No minimums, no codes, no fine print — yes, we are mailing you heavy sparkling water for free.

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous (continental) United States. We're not yet able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses — but tell us where you are via the Contact page and we'll let you know when that changes.

Processing & delivery: Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit? Cans are tough, but carriers are creative. If your order arrives damaged, dented beyond dignity, or fizzing where it shouldn't, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
